=( Atmosphere )=
The interior of this restaurant actually looks pretty good when compared to the poor condition of the plaza. Although the place does have nice furniture, I would still consider this a casual dining experience due to the unpredictable noise levels of their customers and the brighter theme of the restaurant.
- Casual, Regular Dining
- Nice Furniture, Seats
- Average Noise Levels
- Spacious, Low Wait Time

=( Food Quality )=
I must say, I came here expecting good quality, delicious Hu Tieu, and I was not very pleased with what I received. The food was mediocre and didn't have much flavor to it, although they did have pretty good soup.
- Hu Tieu Kho ($8.25): Vietnamese rice noodles with shrimp, dried pork, dried pork liver, and some herbs. The noodle was decent but a little hard to chew, it's supposed to be somewhat chewy but they barely cooked it this time. The ingredients they used tasted fine, but were lacking a little flavor when I ate it all together. Also, the sauce they used on the noodle was really simple, but didn't have much of a strong taste so it was kind of a disappointment. Not recommended.

=( Variety / Mastery )=
For a restaurant name that suggests Hu Tieu, you would expect them to have high quality Hu Tieu, but they don't. Although, they do make a lot of other dishes that you may prefer other than Hu Tieu, maybe that's why their Hu Tieu isn't that great, cause they focus on too many dishes and instead of just perfecting one.
- Noodles (Pho, Hu Tieu, Egg Noodle, Rice Noodle, Vermicelli, Soup, Dry, and Others)
- Other Stuff (Rice with Chicken, Com Tam, Many Viet Appetizers, Viet Crepe, and Fried Snacks)

=( Affordability / Service )=
The prices here are pretty average, around $6-8 for a meal, and they serve a pretty decent quantity, nothing out of the ordinary. The service here was pretty mediocre too, they didn't come often to refill drinks or ask how we're doing, they kinda just did their thing and it seemed like they weren't really into their job.

Recommendations: Not sure, I didn't particularly like their Hu Tieu, and I haven't tried their other dishes so it'll be hard to recommend anything.

Just finishing up our meals, delicious! Pho & Hu Tieu Nam Vang was tasty, restaurant is clean, nice music & decor. Both soup was not salty and taste like my mom used to make.
Service Good Food is Tasty highly recommand this place.
